With Bossman out spending his MJF coin, Mike Sempervive returns with a solo edition of Wrestling Observer Live and, as always, there’s a lot to talk about.

Most of which has to do with last night’s WWE Hell In A Cell — the last planned PPV emanating from the ThunderDome, and the ultimate in participation ribbons for the company. A super pedestrian affair featuring a great main event, lots of hard work, and a battery of questionable finishes.
