B&V&G: Granny, NXT, THURSDAY NIGHT POTPOURRI!
The Bryan & Vinny & Granny Show is back today and boy, what a show we’ve got for you. Granny returns from her rematch with the flu for her usual Facebook Q&A, Weekly Wrestling Report, and, yes, ANOTHER STORY. Then, Bryan and Vinny review NXT, lose it talking about Velveteen Dream, and then review the 1992 version of War Games from WrestleWar 1992 on the WWE Network. A fun show as always so check it out~!
Granny starts us off with questions about her favorite things, her favorite trips, a funny dog story, train trip stories, if she ever wanted to quit the show, the time Granny had a warrant out for her arrest, pancakes or waffles, and the shape of the Earth. After questions, there’s the wrestling report, where Granny reviews matches from Mixed Match Challenge, NXT and 205 Live. She then gives a review of a very interesting bout.
NXT is reviewed, featuring a main event pitting Shayna Baszler against Kairi Sane. Bryan also reveals what he thought Velveteen Dream was named after, which led to much confusion.
WrestleWar 1992 is the Popurri subject for the week. Bryan and Vinny recap the titular match, pitting Sting’s Squadron (Sting, Nikita Koloff, Barry Windham, Dustin Rhodes and Ricky Steamboat) against The Dangerous Alliance (Rick Rude, Bobby Eaton, Arn Anderson, Larry Zbyszko and Steve Austin).
