Wrestling Observer Radio with Bryan Alvarez and Dave Meltzer is back today with tons to talk about including a look at all of the 2017 Wrestling Observer Newsletter Awards, including the top five in every category! We start off immediately with Wrestling Observer Awards discussion. All major categories are discussed, including Wrestler of the Year, Match of the Year, MMA Most Valuable and more. B categories are also talked about, which features the best and worst television shows, announcers, cards, gimmicks, the most disgusting promotional tactic and more.
Some brief news notes followed, which included ratings for both Raw and Smackdown (which were way up), notes on the latest in the New Japan Cup, and the Roman Reigns video from Johnny Bravo that is supposedly coming on Friday.
